What's the best way to keep updated with deals at enduranceconspiracy.com?

There are several places you can find out about our deals. One is through our Newsletter, you can sign up at the bottom of any page. We always give our subscribers first crack at our best deals, any new stuff released, and it almost always includes a coupon code just for subscribers. How do I place an Order?

Browse through the site and find the items you want to add to your cart. Select the size of the item, and the quantity if you want more than one, click "Add to Bag", and select "Continue Shopping". Once you have everything your heart desires, you may begin the checkout process by clicking on the "check out" button in the bottom right corner of the page. From there you will go through the three steps of Shipping & Billing, Order Review, and Confirmation. You will then receive a confirmation email, followed by an email letting you know when your order has been shipped.

I received my tee shirt as a gift, how do I make an exchange?

It's easy! Just visit our Return Policy page and follow the return instructions there.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically orders take about a week to arrive. We use USPS priority mail unless you request Fed-Ex

Are all sales final on deals, sales and promotions held at enduranceconspiracy.com?

Yes! Visit our Return Policy page for the long version, but the short of it is: anything on sale is not returnable.

Does EC sponsor endurance athletes in any sport?

Not yet! We're a small company and don't have the budget for it. But, if you're into our stuff & have some pictures tooling around in one of our shirts, and would like to be featured in our blog, just shoot us an email. We'd be happy to feature you!

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation immediately following your order. It will take us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive another email stating so with a tracking number from the US Postal Service. Unfortunately the USPS does not provide real-time tracking, so the tracking number you receive will tell you two things: 1. When your order was shipped 2. When your package was marked delivered You can expect orders within the US to be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date it was shipped (unless you upgraded to 1-2 Day Express Shipping), and International orders may take from 1-6 weeks to be delivered depending on country and customs. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times.

How are your shirts sized compared to others?

Our shirts are slim-fit, fine-jersey tees. Compared to the average tee shirt, they will fit more snug and won't feel heavy and rough against your skin.

What type of shirts does EC use?

Endurance Conspiracy is working with farmers and companyÕs using sustainable agricultural practices with the association and support of Patagonia, an industry leader in environmentally conscious garments. Our manufacturer is a member of the Organic Trade Association and Organic Exchange. Our fine-jersey tee shirts are made from 100% Ringspun Organic Cotton. They are approximately 4.8 oz. The tees were made with reactive dyes, which offer brighter colors and are environmentally friendly. Trust us, we spent a lot of time finding a comfortable tee that met our standards.

There is so much passion and care that goes into the fit, quality and comfort of our products, the same passion that we have shown in racing over the years. The end goal is that through EC's quality product, we convert people and make them EC Fans for life.

Return and Exchange Policies

If you are not completely satisfied with your Endurance Conspiracy online purchase, we will happily exchange the item for another or issue a store credit. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item was purchased from a supporting retail store, please return it to the original place of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, accompanied with the original receipt and have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) issued by one of our customer service representatives. Please e-mail Orders@EnduranceConspiracy.com to obtain and RA# before returning your item. Merchandise returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email Orders@EnduranceConspiracy.com with in 48 hours from the time you place your order. We will try to accomodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please email Orders@EnduranceConspiracy.com for any additional information.

PRIVATE LABEL (CUSTOM)

In the past we have provided work for events, custom store tees, races and more. We can offer practically any color and fabric, to include, environmentally friendly products such as bamboo, organic cotton, bamboo charcoal, recycled poly and nylon, in addition to more conventional cotton and tech tees. Garment dye disclaimer

All Endurance Conspiracy t-shirts are garment dyed with the best environmentally friendly dyes available. This process produces a super cozy soft pre-shrunk t-shirt. It can also cause imperfections in the color of each garment making each shirt unique. Garment dying can be hard of fabric and we cannot guarantee that every shirt will be perfect with consistent color throughout. If you feel that your shirt is too unique for your liking please feel free to contact us so we can get you a shirt that meets your expectations.

Sizing

All Endurance Conspiracy t-shirts are pre-shrunk because they are dyed by hand in the hottest water the fabric can withstand. The end product is as worn as your favorite tee. The size chart below should help you decide on the perfect size but feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

XXL???

Our tees are slim fit and we only offer S, M, L, XL sizes. If you Clydesdales feel that we are missing the boat by not offering XXL please let us know. We want to see EC tees on everyone so contact us with your feedback so we can accomplish this.

Promotions

Customers are only allowed to participate in one promotion at a time.

We ship internationally through USPS. We are currently using a flat rate for standard shipping based on transaction total.
